   Latest oscam version for 3.4.x, lots of fixes regarding segfaults and memleaks, seca2/3 management and modified config with rate limit for CD and TVV cards...

   Modified config means that I added:

   ratelimitecm = 3
   ratelimitseconds = 10

   To the server section to prevent ecm overflow for CD and TVV cards...
